I just visited a factory that offers incredible outdoor accessories! If you're looking for a budget version of Decathlon, this is it!
We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who is incredibly friendly and chatty. He introduced himself as a "new Yiwu person" and shared his journey: after graduating, he moved to Yiwu and spent over a decade there. He started in foreign trade sales, but after his outstanding performance, his boss became suspicious, thinking he might take business away by dating a fellow salesperson. From then on, he was determined to build his own venture! Teaming up with a factory’s second-generation partner, they’ve worked together for over ten years to establish this accessories factory.
This year, they are focusing heavily on developing ski accessories. Buying a complete ski outfit can be pretty pricey, but here, you can get a full set for just a fraction of the cost—around 10% of what you'd pay elsewhere. The owner confidently assured us that the quality and details rival those of top brands!
Next year, they plan to expand into cycling accessories, and I shared my newfound interest in cycling—just bought a watch but haven’t gotten a bike yet! The owner modestly mentioned that he purchased a "premium" bike, and when I asked how much, he casually said 18.6k usd! I was absolutely floored—now that’s top-tier! 😂🚴♀️
This shop has been a long-standing seller on 1688, and their gloves and socks are genuinely high value for money. I even bought gloves for the whole family! Their cycling quick-dry shirts fit snugly and wick moisture away efficiently, priced at around 10usd.
Unfortunately, since their factory is in another city, I could only visit their office this time. But I’ve already scheduled a follow-up visit to check out the factory itself next time! 🎉
