🚗 After a long day on the road, I dozed off while scrolling through my phone, and when I woke up, the sun was high, and the bustling street was full of people and cars. It was already past 8 AM! I grabbed a big bottle of water, freshened up, and dialed the factory.
On the other end, a friendly voice answered. I told her I was nearby but couldn’t find the entrance. She laughed and said, "Just wait there! I’ll be right over to get you."
A few minutes later, I spotted a lovely lady waving at me from a distance. I followed her into a large compound and was introduced to the factory founder, Ms. Jiang, who looked to be in her sixties. I affectionately called her "Auntie Jiang."
She was thrilled to see me and shared her incredible story for over an hour. From starting as a textile worker to now running her own factory, Auntie Jiang has been a pioneer in the industry for decades. Her expertise in quality control and design keeps her at the forefront of the market.
The factory specializes in clothing for babies aged 0 to 1 year, branded as “I Love Daddy and Mommy.” Although the facility isn't huge, the quality of their products is top-notch. Many workers have been with Auntie Jiang for over 30 years, showcasing their exceptional skills. They also have another location in Zibo.
We toured the production area, followed by the warehouse and sample room, where I was surrounded by adorable little clothes, hats, and socks! As a parent, it was hard to tear myself away from all those cute items! 😂
Here’s my takeaway from the visit:
The factory may be small, but its baby apparel is a leader in quality and style.
In addition to clothing, they offer socks, bibs, hats—you name it for infants aged 0-1, they’ve got it, all high-quality A-grade products. Perfect for parents looking to stock up!
Interestingly, they get more offline orders than online, and their unique styles are mainly custom-made, requiring minimum order quantities.
Auntie Jiang knew I had a little one at home, and as I was leaving, she gifted me a few sets of clothes. I insisted on paying, but she wouldn’t hear of it! Feeling a bit guilty, I offered her some delicious "yangjiao honey" I had picked up in Shouguang and even shared some foot soak packets from my group.
It felt nice to balance things out! 🥰
