After sharing about down jackets, many of you asked me to find reliable coat factories. This week, just before the New Year, I ventured to Tongxiang, known for its exquisite wool sweaters, but I also uncovered some fantastic coat factories here. The one we visited was low-key yet packed with quality and expertise!

We were greeted by a refreshingly straightforward lady who said, "I’m the boss’s daughter," right off the bat. Talk about directness! 😁

First, we toured their showroom. What stands out about this factory is their exceptional design and R&D capabilities, paired with impressive experience in producing for high-end brands. They don't just have a talented in-house designer team in China; they also have a local team set up in Korea to enhance their offerings.

Another fascinating point was their background in manufacturing for renowned brands. The owner shared that they previously handled orders for Max Mara, and in recent years, they have been working with top domestic boutique brands. This experience means their workers have honed high-level "brand" production techniques—everything from stitching to buttoning is done to the exacting standards of luxury brands. So, even when they take on smaller orders, they apply the same craftsmanship as if they were creating a high-end piece! 🌟✂️

Their collection features various styles, including Japanese/Korean and European/American lines, alongside some trendy layering pieces. Interestingly, a significant portion of their products is sold internationally, including to a customer in Morocco who operates over 100 stores with a focus on high-end items. Jokingly, I remarked that their coats are truly “noble-style” pieces! 😄

The warehouse was a sight to behold, brimming with 80 million yuan worth of stock across two levels—definitely felt like I was in a massive coat repository! Their production line here is straightforward, with a capacity of about 500 pieces daily. For larger orders, they handle production at their facility in Anhui.
